UN Global Compact Communication on Engagement
The UN Global Compact Communication on Engagement is an important part of how Diversity House demonstrates accountability, ethical leadership, and long-term commitment to social justice. It provides a clear overview of how our organisation applies the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles across human rights, labour standards, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption, alongside our contribution to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
The document details the actions we have taken between December 2023 and December 2025, the communities we support, and the outcomes achieved through our programmes — including gender equality initiatives, wellbeing and food security support, education and employability work, inclusive governance, and partnership building. Publishing a COE is not a requirement, but a voluntary commitment to openness and continuous improvement. It reflects our belief that trust is built through transparency, evidence, and lived experience. By making this report available, Diversity House shows how global principles guide our local work, ensuring dignity, equity, and opportunity remain at the heart of everything we do.
