Project Description

Swale Mums Peer Support Group

The Swale Mums Peer Support Group provides a safe, supportive, and inclusive space for mothers and caregivers to connect, share experiences, and access emotional and practical support.

The project helps reduce isolation, improve emotional wellbeing, and strengthen community connections by creating opportunities for peer discussion, social engagement, wellbeing support, and confidence building.

The programme welcomes mothers from diverse cultural and social backgrounds and encourages positive relationships, empowerment, and mutual support within the community helping mums feel supported, connected, empowered, and less isolated through community peer support.
