Health and Nature-Based Programme – Cohort 2

Following the successful delivery of our first cohort, Diversity House is pleased to announce the second cohort of our Health and Nature-Based Programme.

This programme is funded by Kent County Council through the Nature’s Way to Wellbeing initiative. We are grateful for their support in helping us provide accessible nature-based wellbeing activities for members of our local community.

The six-week programme will give participants an opportunity to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing through gentle outdoor activities, nature-based learning, creativity, and positive social connections.

Places are limited, and advance registration is required.

All participants will complete a short individual assessment before joining the programme. This will help us understand their needs and ensure that the appropriate support is available throughout the sessions.
