Empowering Motherhood: Join the Swale Mums Peer Support Circles Conference

Motherhood is a beautiful journey, but it thrives on community, shared wisdom, and mutual support. Diversity House is thrilled to invite you to the Swale Mums Peer Support Circles Conference—a completely free half-day event dedicated to learning, empowerment, and profound connection for all mums in our community.

Whether you are a new mother navigating the early days or an experienced mum looking to connect with peers, this conference is built around your wellbeing.

What to Expect on the Day Designed as a holistic morning of self-care and education, the conference brings together a multidisciplinary team of experts. You will have the opportunity to hear from and speak with our inspiring lineup of keynote speakers and specialists:

  • Dr Christine Locke: Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Diversity House, Public Health & Community Development Specialist
  • Dr Judith Jackson: Retired Academic Midwifery Lecturer & Visiting Midwifery Consultant (CCCU)
  • Dr Zina Lehef: Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coach
  • Toyin Onabanjo: Nutrition Specialist
  • Michelle Nao: Occupational Therapist, Author & Mum
  • Sheena Rowe: Yoga & Meditation Teacher
  • Mina Cookey: Mental Health Nurse

We know that finding childcare can be a barrier to attending events, so babies are completely welcome if childcare is unavailable. Refreshments will also be provided throughout the morning, ensuring you have the energy to engage, learn, and relax.
