Project Description

Get active. Feel better. Connect.

Diversity House, in partnership with Cycling UK, offers free cycling activities for adults across Swale. Big Bike Revival helps people learn new skills, build confidence and enjoy cycling in a friendly, supportive environment.

Whether you are learning for the first time, returning after a break or looking to cycle more confidently, there are opportunities to get involved.

Our activities include:

  • Learn to ride: beginner-friendly sessions to develop cycling skills and confidence.
  • Guided community rides: opportunities to explore local routes, enjoy the outdoors and meet other people.
  • Bike maintenance workshops: practical support to learn basic repairs, fix punctures and keep your bike roadworthy.
  • Bike safety checks: bicycle assessments and advice on safe cycling, equipment and maintenance.

The project welcomes adults aged 18 and over, including complete beginners and returning cyclists. We aim to reduce barriers to cycling and help more people use bicycles for everyday journeys, leisure and wellbeing.
