Following the unveiling of the new inclusive World War One memorial stone on Sunday 28th October 2018 at 10.45am, Diversity House will host a Remembrance Reception from 11.30am at Phoenix House. The inclusive service hosted by Swale Borough Council marks the Centenary of the Great War and formally acknowledges the diverse communities of people around the world who were affected by the Great War. It is in this spirit that we cordially invite you to join with us to remember and recognise the diversity of the global contributions. Refreshments and entertainment will be provided from 11.30am to 1pm

This three hour session is aimed to help women or anyone who identifies as a woman to come along and understand if self-employment is the right choice. The workshop is hosted by Sarah Trotter who started a bridal business 20 years ago with £500, which she later went onto sell. Using her story and others Sarah aims to inspire, empower and motivate women to reach beyond their comfort zone.
