Support for Diabetes – Diabetes Friends

Diabetes Friends Diversity House are happy to announce that our friends over at Diabetes UK have a new befriending service aimed at supporting people struggling with their diabetes care by connecting them with one of their trained volunteers. You can get connected through email or phone to one of the 'Diabetes Friends' in order to be matched with one of their trained volunteers. Support ‌to‌ ‌Access‌ ‌Online‌ ‌Census‌‌

Digitally‌ ‌excluded‌ ‌people‌ in Swale District ‌being supported‌ ‌to‌ ‌access‌ ‌online‌ ‌census‌‌ Diversity House, a Centre for Integration, Reintegration, Inclusion, and Social Cohesion based in ISP House, Church Street, Sittingbourne is helping local people without internet access or digital skills to complete their Census questionnaire. The organisation is part of a network of Census Support Centres supporting people across England and Wales.
